Today is National HIV Testing Day, and the state Department of Health is urging Rhode Islanders between the ages of 13 and 64 to get tested.  Health officials say people should talk to their doctor about being tested for HIV and other sexually-transmitted diseases during regular check-ups.  DOH says regular testing will help insure a person's long-term health, as well as the health of sexual partners and others.
