A judge is throwing out the Internet stalking conviction of a top teachers union official over his actions during a 2010 state House campaign.  The judge ruled that e-mails sent by John Leidecker to former Representative Douglas Gablinske were protected political speech under the First Amendment.  Leidecker was convicted of the charge in 2011 and fined 100-dollars.  The e-mails he sent attacked Gablinske's position on education, highway tolls and other issues.
