Rhode Island State Police are charging a dozen people with drunk driving following targeted enforcement over the holiday weekend.  Police say one of those drivers was found to have a blood alcohol level of point-four-zero, which is five times the legal limit.  State Police also made 60 other arrests for various offenses over the Labor Day weekend.
