It appears that voters are getting energized for this year's elections.  Over 29-thousand state residents have registered to vote in time for tomorrow's primaries, a 30-percent increase over the registrations in 2010.  That's the last time Rhode Island held an election for governor.  Almost two-thirds of the new voters are under the age of 40.
