The Newport City Council will petition Secretary of State Ralph Mollis to present the statewide casino question on paper that is the same yellow color as local ballots for Newport voters.  The Daily New Reports that the council unanimously voted in favor of a resolution calling for the state questions to be highlighted on the local ballot. Statewide ballot questions are printed on blue paper.
