The former general manager of a Newport time share development is accused of stealing more than a half-million-dollars from the homeowners association.  State Police say they began investigating Timothy Roche of Portsmouth after receiving complaints about missing funds.  Roche is accused of writing more than 30 checks for his own benefit between 2008 and last year, and is free on bond.
