The USS Saratoga has arrived in South Texas. The Saratoga reached its final destination on Friday after leaving Rhode Island on August 21st . The Navy is paying Esco Marine a penny to dispose of the Saratoga and the company plans to make its money by selling what it recovers from the ship.
