If casinos open as expected in Massachusetts in the next few years it could deal a crippling blow to gambling interests in Rhode Island.  A report indicates that three casinos and a slot parlor across the border would cost Rhode Island's economy 150-million-dollars or more a year.  The report was produced for Governor Lincoln Chafee.  Two casino licenses have been issued in Massachusetts, including one to Wynn Resorts for a Boston area facility.
