Both Rhode Island senators voted in favor of President Obama's plan to arm Syrian rebels to fight Islamic terrorists.  Senator Jack Reed says he decided to support the bill yesterday because the resolution does not authorize the use of U.S. troops on the ground.  Senator Sheldon Whitehouse says while he shares the concerns of many state residents about further military engagement, he is also horrified by the brutal tactics of the ISIS terrorists.
