Police are confirming that the body of a woman who fell from a boat that was moored off Portsmouth has been recovered.  Police say the 73-year old woman's body was found by a civilian boat that was helping with the search. The boat was moored at the mouth of Potters Cove off Prudence Island when she apparently fell overboard and did not surface. Authorities say the woman's husband reported her missing on Sunday morning.
