There was a main mast stepping ceremony for the Sailing School Vessel Oliver Hazard Perry in Portsmouth yesterday. A crane was used to put the 13 ½ story mast in place. The ship will be complete in the spring and will be a sailing education vessel for students interested in learning about marine biology and history.
