The Tiverton Planning Board met last night on the proposed Tiverton Crossings application. There is concern that the development would cut through a small historic district that is on the National Register of Historic Places. The board voted to have an independent fiscal impact analysis done on the proposed development to determine the cost and impact on the town. The hearing will continue on October 21st at the Tiverton High School.
