A woman is critically injured after being hit by a car in Westerly.  The woman was apparently crossing Oak Street yesterday afternoon when she was hit by a vehicle driven by a Westerly man.  The woman was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital with life threatening injuries.  No charges have been filed against the driver, but the incident remains under investigation.
