The University of Rhode Island is moving into the crucial stage of their campus redevelopment plans.  School and government officials are calling on voters to approve the measure that would invest 150-million-dollars into new engineering facilities.  The current engineering facility opened in 1958 and closed in 1930, and officials say the buildings don't fit the needs of current students.
