A man is suing Brown University in connection to a sexual misconduct complaint. The former student was suspended from campus for two-and-a-half years last October after a woman accused him of making unwanted sexual advances. The lawsuit claims Brown officials violated his due process rights and discriminated against him based on his gender. Brown has declined to comment on the incident. The man was enrolled in the class of 2017 and had hoped to earn his degree in neuroscience.
