A driver is accused of threatening another man on the road in Rehoboth. Witnesses called 911 last week after Brian Art was spotted driving erratically along Route 118. At some point, Art allegedly got out of his SUV with a hatchet and waved it at the victim. The suspect was arrested shortly after and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.
