Police are searching for a robbery suspect in north Providence.  A woman called 911 after the female robber held up a gun and demanded money from her.  The robber is described as in her 40s or 50s with a heavy build.  Police say they believe they've identified the suspect, but she hasn't been arrested yet.  Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police.
