A dog is now back home in Warwick after a judge ruled that he wasn't vicious after all. The family spoke to NBC-10 and said the pup, Kolby, was trying to play with another dog when he nipped its ear. A judge recently ruled during a hearing to not euthanize Kolby. He will be required to wear a muzzle while walking and now has a microchip.
