A former sushi restaurant owner is pleading not guilty to bribery charges. Raymond Hugh is accused of paying ex-House Speaker Gordon Fox ten-thousand dollars in 2008 for a liquor license. The former Shark Bar and Grille owner was arrested after Fox admitted accepting more than 50-thousand dollars from Hugh. The suspect has denied the allegations. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison. Fox is currently serving a three-year prison sentence for public corruption.
