The "Dancing Cop" is back. Tony Lepore has been hired back on to direct traffic in east Providence through the holiday season. Starting December 10th, the former patrolman is getting paid two-thousand dollars to dance through the streets while directing cars. Lepore previously faced backlash from the police department after publicly boycotting a local Dunkin' Donuts. The move came after an employee at the shop wrote "#blacklivesmatter" on a police officer's cup. He has called the black lives matter movement terrible, and doesn't regret his actions.
