A teen is dead stemming from a hit-and-run car crash in Cumberland.  Eighteen-year-old Carl John was struck on Monday and died yesterday afternoon.  Police say Carl was walking along Shirley Road early in the morning when an SUV hit him and sped off without stopping.  Laura Belhumeur turned herself in hours after hearing reports about the accident.  She is charged with leaving the scene and causing serious bodily harm.
