Ex-House Minority Leader Robert Watson was arrested in East Greenwich Wednesday on vandalism and disorderly conduct charges.  A bank manager called police after Watson became angry during a discussion about his account.  While leaving the building, Watson allegedly kicked the door causing it shatter.  In 2011, Watson was arrested for pot possession and DUI.  A year later he went to rehab after being charged with alcohol and drug violations.
