Rhode Island officials are suspending two workforce training grants to a nonprofit just days after Representative Raymond E. Gallison resigned as chairman of the House Finance Committee.  Man Up Inc. was given more than 150-thousand dollars in grants but payment has since been stopped.  A spokesperson for the Department of Labor and Training says they don't believe the money went towards Alternative Educational Programming as expected.  An investigation is ongoing.
