Gov. Gina Raimondo is hosting another community meeting to discuss proposals to strengthen schools and help Rhode Islanders develop skills to compete in today’s job market.
The Democratic governor has planned a series of what she’s calling “skills that matter for jobs that pay” community conversations.
The next one is scheduled for tonight at 6 at the Warwick Veterans Memorial High School.
The meeting is open to the public and will feature a question- and-answer session with Raimondo.
State lawmakers, education officials and Warwick’s mayor plan to attend.
