(Undated) -- All of Rhode Island except for Block Island is under a Wind Chill Warning from the National Weather Service from 10 a.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday. During this time frame, the weather service says the Ocean State is expected to calculate wind chills as low as thirty degrees below zero. Meteorologists say we haven't had conditions this cold in the region since February of 2016.

(Providence, RI) -- The lead contractor for the 6-10 Connector reconstruction project in Providence is pleading not guilty to state charges. A representative for Canton, Massachusetts-based Barletta Heavy Division entered the plea on the company's behalf in Providence Superior Court Wednesday to charges including illegal disposal of solid waste. The Rhode Island Attorney General's Office alleges contaminated stone from a construction site in Mass and dirt from the Pawtucket-Central Falls train station was used to fill in the 6-10 site. Dennis Ferreira, the former project superintendent, is due for arraignment on February 7th.

(Woonsocket, RI) -- WPRI-TV reports Jennifer Pamula [[ pah-MOOL-uh ]] of Woonsocket has been arraigned and ordered held without bail for the killing of her father. Seventy-year-old Joseph Pamula was found dead at the family home on Cato Street Monday. Officers reportedly found the 38-year-old daughter covered in blood, and she was transferred for an evaluation to Landmark Medical Center. Channel 12 reports Jennifer Pamula was arraigned for first-degree domestic murder from her hospital bed on Wednesday.

(Cumberland, RI) -- Police are asking the public for help in finding a missing person in Cumberland. Sixty-five-year-old Donna Tiberio was last seen near her home on Tuesday afternoon. The Cumberland Police Department says Tiberio was wearing a full-length white sweater and has shoulder-length brown hair.

(Bristol, RI) -- A car crashed into a house in Bristol on Wednesday. It reportedly happened at around 8 a.m. at a home on Sherry Avenue. An initial investigation indicates the driver, who was a juvenile, lost control in icy conditions. No injuries were reported by police, and the house was deemed structurally safe.
