(Washington, DC) -- There are reports of multiple suspects involved in a mass shooting at a Naval facility.  The "Washington Post" reports at least one of them is down.  The Navy has confirmed several injuries with reports of fatalities.  Other reports say at least ten have been shot.  Nearby schools are on lockdown.  There was a ground stop at Reagan National Airport that has since been lifted.
