The National Weather Service issued a high wind warning and flood watch for today in Rhode Island.  Up to three-inches of rain is predicted and forecasters warn of potentially damaging winds that could bring down tree limbs and cause power outages.  The pre-Thanksgiving storm is expected to impact travelers on one of the busiest travel days of the year.
