Thursday, October 8, 2020 - Tenth in a series of candidate forums for the 2020 elections, this forum is moderated by Erin Donovan-Boyle - Executive Director of the Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce and features five of the seven candidates for RI House of Representatives seats in District 71, 72 and 75 - Terri Cortviend, Michelle McGaw, Lauren Carson, Ken Mendonca and Amy Veri.

 

 

 

Thursday October 1, 2020 - Ninth in a series of candidate forums for the 2020 elections, this forum is moderated by Cheryl Robinson - President of the Turning Around Ministries, and the video features First Ward Candidates: Hugo DeAscantis and Angela McCalla, Second Ward Candidates: Charlie Holder and Kim Salerno, Third Ward Candidates: Kate Leonard and Paul Marshall.

 

 

 

Thursday September 24, 2020 - Eighth in a series of candidate forums for the 2020 elections, this video features 8 candidates for Newport Council at Large running for four open seats.  Moderator - Carmilla Geer - Executive Director of the Edward King House.  Forum participants include:  Jamie Bova, Elizabeth Fuerte, Jeanne Napolitano, Lynn Ceglie, Kevin Michaud, Susan Taylor, and Elizabeth Cullen.

 

 

 

Thursday, September 17, 2020 - Seventh in a series of candidate forums for the 2020 election, this video features 5 candidates for Middletown School Committee running for two vacant seats. Moderator - Bud Cicilline - President and CEO at the Newport County Community Mental Health Center.  Forum participants include: Frances Moldveen, Cindy Perry, Vanessa Ellermann, Bill O'Connell, and Tami Holden. 

 

 

 

Thursday, September 10, 2020 - Sixth in a series of candidate forums for the 2020 election, this video features 9 of 10 candidates for Newport School Committee.  Moderator - Dr. Tobias Stapleton - Dean, Graduate Studies and Continuing Education at Salve Regina University.  Forum participants include: Ray Gomes, Becky Bolan, Louisa Boatwright, Stephanie Winslow, Sandra Flowers, Mike Cullen and Bob Leary.
