Catherine's guest will be Sue Babin, Board President of The Village for RI Foster and Adoptive Families, along with Project Director Shannon Dos Santos, to discuss the Village’s state grant to conduct outreach and share information with caregivers/grandparents/relatives over the age of 55 raising a child due to biological parents inability to do so. There are over 6000 people in RI who are doing this.
